The two birds below are: the White Cockatoo which is undoubtedly one of the most affectionate parrots and the Egyptian Vulture which is particularly proficient in the use of basic tools such as stones.

Other birds of interest include the Bateleur Eagle, locally known as Chapungu as well as the Fish Eagle, locally known as Hungwe.
